Wah lao. All the GEP nominees except Hong Fei got in -.-" Let us all take a moment to digest this information and then wonder why certain people became prefects. Hmm. It could not possibly have been through the help of the teachers right? Nah, the teachers of RI are not biased at all in their choosing of prefects. The power to vote is in our hands! Let us all note that the election system is perfectly catered to allow STUDENTS to choose their 'voice'. It couldn't possibly have been catered to help teachers make pupils they like become prefects. Not a chance at all.

Oh well. Congrats to Luwei, Guo Wei, Kieran and er.. people who I voted for and who became prefects.
